I want to apply Boundary conditions ie a force on pad area on both sides of rotor. How can I create a pad sketch on both sides of mid surface? Is there any better option to give above mentioned boundary condition?

It might help to read some of thediscussionsthat are on the site concerning how to analyze a brake.
A midsurface when meshed with shell elements still has two sides, the Top and Bottom, so you can apply loads to both sides of the shell elements.
